In-Home Euthanasia without Aftercare - $340

  • Your pet stays with you after the appointment

In-Home Euthanasia with Communal Cremation - $480

  • Assessment of your pet’s condition

  • Medications

  • A loving farewell in the comfort of your home

  • Hair clipping & clay paw print impression

  • Your pet is respectfully transported to Lasting Paws of Flagstaff by me after the appointment

  • Your pet is cremated along with other pets, and no ashes are returned to you

In-Home Euthanasia with Private Cremation - $590

  • Assessment of your pet’s condition

  • Medications

  • A loving farewell in the comfort of your home

  • Hair clipping & clay paw print impression

  • Your pet is respectfully transported to Lasting Paws of Flagstaff by me after the appointment

  • Your pet is cremated by themselves, and their ashes are returned to you in an urn of your choosing

Transportation with Communal Cremation - $280

  • Your pet is already at peace

  • Hair clipping & clay paw print impression

  • Your pet is respectfully transported to Lasting Paws of Flagstaff by me

  • Your pet is cremated along with other pets, and no ashes are returned to you

Transportation with Private Cremation - $390

  • Your pet is already at peace

  • Hair clipping and clay paw print impression

  • Your pet is respectfully transported to Lasting Paws of Flagstaff by me

  • Your pet is cremated by themselves, and their ashes are returned to you in an urn of your choosing

Additional Fees

  • Drives 25-35 miles from 1519 N Main St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 by major roadways - $30 (regardless of appointment type)

  • Drives 36-45 miles from 1519 N Main St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 by major roadways - $40 (regardless of appointment type)

  • Drives over 45 miles from 1519 N Main St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 by major roadways - please reach out for quote

  • Pets 90 pounds or more - $50

  • If I come out to your home for a euthanasia appointment and no euthanasia is performed - $150 + drive fee if applicable
